What type of test do you offer?

Do you offer appointments?
We currently are only offering drive-up testing.

What do I need to bring?
Driver's License/ID Card, Insurance Card (if applicable), and a cell phone* (phone will be provided if needed)

How long does it take to receive my results?
CHCP does not process your results. We send all test swabs out to Quest and LabCorp for processing. Due to overwhelming demand, lab processing is currently taking 2 to 4 business days.

How do I receive my results?
An email will be sent to the email address you provided on your paperwork. This email will invite you to enroll in our patient portal where your results will be posted. Results are not available by phone. Please check the patient portal daily for your results. Many labs are overwhelmed and results may be delayed. You can also create an account with the labs we sent your test to (i.e. Quest or LabCorp). For more information, click here.

Can I receive a note for my employer saying it is okay for me to return to work?
If you want to obtain a note or clearance based on your negative COVID-19 test result, please be aware that CHCP cannot provide this documentation for persons that are not currently an established patient with CHCP. If you require a document for clearance and are not a CHCP patient, please consult your PCP to discuss appropriate clearance.

*One of our providers will call you while you are at the testing site to confirm your COVID-19 test order.
