COVID19 Test Results

It is currently taking 2-4 business days for CHCP to receive COVID-19 test results from the labs. You can view your results via our Patient Portal, or the lab's portal your test was sent to.

CHCP Patient Portal

Test results are available for viewing and printing via the CHCP patient portal. You must register for the patient portal to gain access. An e-mail was sent to you from Community Health Centers of Pinellas with portal registration instructions. Please check your e-mail, including spam/junk folders for this information. 

Quest and LabCorp Patient Portal

Please also note that you are able to access your test results directly from Quest or Labcorp through their individual patient portals.

Note of Clearance Request

If you want to obtain a note or clearance based on your COVID-19 test result, please be aware that CHCP cannot provide this documentation for persons that are not currently an established patient with CHCP. If you require a document for clearance and are not a CHCP patient, please consult your PCP to discuss appropriate clearance. If you do not have a PCP, or would like to become a patient of CHCP, you can schedule an appointment by calling us at 727-824-8181 or requesting an appointment here.
